Infrastructure

  • Advised the Tourism Development & Investment Company on the development of its multi-billion dollar 27 sq km Saadiyat Island development in Abu Dhabi, including a 20,000 bed labour accommodation PPP project and a greenfield schools PPP project.

  • Advised Goldwind Australia on turbine, supply and install and O&M arrangements for a number of greenfield wind farm developments across Australia.

  • Advised Cobalt Blue Holdings on the development of a Cobalt Nickel Refinery in Western Australia.

  • Advised Sun Cable on its $30 billion renewable energy project exporting power from Australia to Singapore, including advising on the procurement and delivery of the submarine cable under an EPC contracting model.
