- Advised Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies and Grupo Cobra in connection with the US$ 675 million project development and project financing of the Rayis Rabigh Independent Water Transmission Project in Saudi Arabia. The project was awarded "Middle East & Africa PPP Deal of the Year 2024" by Project Finance International and is the first-of-its kind procured by Saudi Water Partnership Company.
- Advised Nesma Company Limited in connection with the US$ 1,975 million project development and project financing of three residential communities located in NEOM, Saudi Arabia, in connection with NEOM's first wave of residential communities projects. Recognised as the largest accommodation PPP project in the region and one of the largest PPP projects in the Middle East to date.
